Presentation

Choreographer Crystal Pite and theater artist Jonathon Young use an archetypal comic plot to serve as the basis for choreography in a true combination of contemporary theatre and dance. Nine Kidd Pivot dancers embody the dialogue of some of Canada’s finest actors, exploring comedy, conflict and corruption in the dynamic relationship between body and language.

This duo of talents offers a generous theatrical dance work that reinvents the genre. An astute critique of our society and its eccentricties, Revisor delivers a powerful narration in movement.
