For this 5th edition, the Grande Échelle Festival settles at La Villette. For a weekend, people of all ages are invited to gather around twenty shows, workshops and collective experimentations.
A wild version of La Villette park, all corners of Little Villette and Paris-Villette Theatre will appear, with the coming of a hundred artists of all stripes and strange creatures at the crossroads of human, vegetal, animal and mechanical worlds, and their program of theatre, dance, circus, puppets, street arts, music and visual arts … not to forget the venues for tales, encounters and daydreams!
Thinking out of the box, going into uncharted territories, making fun of stereotypes, heckling images, playing with the hybrids, juggling with our relation to the norm: it’s around this thematic and with the help of the rapper, poet and musician Marc Nammour that the festival’s fifth edition was elaborated.
This festival was initiated by Adami, in order to offer visibility to companies whose creations were rarely programmed in Paris and allow them to widen their professional network. Adami hence fulfills one of its missions to support the careers of artists. A performers’ services organization, Adami manages the rights brings financial aid to the projects, defends the interests and supports the careers of more than 100 000 comedians, musicians, singers, dancers…
