At the juncture of all hip-hop trends, the Step festival hosts four powerful and eclectic propositions, that share the stage throughout two different evenings. The body in all its states to tell the state of the world. December 5 and 6.

5 & 6 décembre

O’SOUL COMPANY

Through the language of waacking, the trio of choreographers-performers O’Soul offers a funny and political voyage through time. A quest for happiness from the perspective of three older women of color.

SONS OF WIND • Bounce

The SOW collective returns to the origins of freestyle hip-hop which as invaded screens today. A creation full of energy and groove guided by the love of music and sounds especially created for the occasion.

FELINAE COMPANY / MAXIME COZIC • Oxymore

A duo that evoked the violence - and sometimes the poetry - of drunken tensions post-clubbing. Euphoria, frictions and unbalance of the bodies take place between obscurity and flashy colors.

D-DAL COMPANY / SANTIAGO CODON GRAS • Dinosaure

This danced conference, like a fable mixed with a science class, draws a bridge between the disappearance of dinosaurs and the mad trajectory of our civilizations. An animal ballet against a backdrop reminiscent of The Rite of Spring..
