1 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORDERING SHOW TICKETS
The number of tickets at the Villette card rate is limited to 1 for Solo cards (2 for Duo cards) per show and per card.
2 - TICKET PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
Prices are stipulated in €.
Prices are invoiced on the basis of the full rates in effect at the time of order.
The sending of show tickets is free of charge for the spectator.
The shipping costs of the exhibition catalogues are fixed and depend on the weight of the catalogue.
3 - ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS:
By credit card only, excluding any other means of payment.

Online payment is made in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the payment system. All information is protected and encrypted before transmission to the processing center. This security is ensured by the SSL2 protocol
Only one payment will be authorized per order.
Regardless of the method of payment, payment must be made in the name of the person ordering the tickets, unless otherwise specifically agreed in advance by Parc de la Villette.
DISTRIBUTION / WITHDRAWAL OF TICKETS
Tickets are sent by post if the order is placed at least 10 working days before the date of the chosen performance. After this date, tickets must be collected at the event ticket offices on the evening of the performance, 1 hour before the start of the show.
Tickets are sent at the normal rate.
Le Parc de la Villette cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft or delay in the delivery of tickets.
As soon as payment is made, the order is firm. It cannot be modified or cancelled by the spectator and tickets are neither returned, exchanged nor refunded.
Any complaint concerning the order of tickets or any error appearing in the order must be reported by telephone and then confirmed in writing to Parc de la Villette.
CANCELLATION OF A SHOW - FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, which expressly includes national strikes, the cancellation of a show by the Parc de la Villette and specific instructions for certain shows, the sums paid by the client will be reimbursed by the Parc de la Villette at the request of the interested party, within a maximum period of 3 months, from the date of the show and upon presentation of the ticket, to the exclusion of any other compensation or indemnity whatsoever. After acceptance of the refund of the sums by Parc de la Villette, and in view of the ticket(s), confirmation of bank account and any supporting documents, the refund will be made by bank transfer directly to the customer's account.
Only the Parc de la Villette is authorized to deal with complaints and/or disputes relating to the product sold or service provided. If the dispute concerns payment transactions, the banking institution or third party in charge of the payment system may be consulted. The Parc de la Villette shall elect its domicile at its registered office. In the event of a dispute concerning the execution of the contract of sale or the payment of the price, the Tribunal de Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any order automatically implies the buyer's acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.
