DEFINITIONS
Site: Refers to the www.lavillette.com website
Company: Refers to the publisher of the Site, i.e. the company EPPGHV
User: refers to any person who uses the Site or any of the Services offered on the Site.
GTC or General Terms and Conditions: Refers to the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site concluded between the User acting as a customer of the Site and the Company, governing in particular access to the Site.
Contents: refers, without this list being exhaustive, to the structure, architecture of the Services, editorial content, texts, drawings, illustrations, photos, images, sounds, videos and any other content present on the Services and/or any other element composing the Services.
Services: refers to the Services accessible from the Site and published by the Company.
Member: refers to the User who has registered on the Site via a confidential username and password, allowing him/her to access certain Content / Services on the Site and/or to participate in games and/or enjoy other features reserved for registered users.
Interactive Spaces: refers to the contributory spaces, in particular opinions and comments, that may be made available to Users on the Services.
Specific Conditions of Use: Refers to the Specific Conditions of Use governing the specific services offered by the Site.
Cookie: refers to a text file placed on the user's computer when visiting a site or viewing an advertisement. Its purpose is to collect information relating to the Internet user's navigation and to send him or her services adapted to his or her device (computer, mobile or tablet).
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE

The GTC constitute a contract between the Company and the User of the Site and the Services offered.

ARTICLE 5: USE OF SERVICES
5.1 Access to the Site is free of charge.

ARTICLE 6: NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
6.1 To confirm of his or her registration to the newsletter, the User must fill in accurately all the mandatory fields of the registration form.
6.2 Only one newsletter subscription per User is allowed and any attempt at fraud may result in the deletion of the User's account.
6.3 The account may be terminated by the Company at any time and without notice due to fraudulent or illegal use of the services and content of the Site.
6.4 The User may terminate his or her registration at any time by respecting the terms and conditions described on the Site or at the end of the newsletter.
ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY
7.1 The Company is putting in place the means to ensure a quality site and services. Nevertheless, it cannot be held responsible for any unavailability, failure, modification or error that may occur during the use of its Site or Services, with the exception of those provided for in the Specific Conditions of Use inherent to certain services. The Company cannot guarantee the continuity, accessibility and absolute security of the Service, particularly given the risks associated with the Internet.
The User expressly acknowledges that he/she uses the Site and Services at his or her own risk.
ARTICLE 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1 The Site, its contents and Services, its software, designs, models, databases, trademarks and logos are subject to intellectual property rights. These various elements are the property of the Company. The User undertakes to respect these rights. The Company only grants the User a non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use (use means non-commercial use, characterized by browsing, participation and choice of subscription to the various Services) of its Site and Services, and therefore reserves the right to use, broadcast, transfer and any other right on the elements that constitute its Site and Services.
8.2 The products and games presented on the Site correspond to registered trademarks or trademarks belonging to their respective owners.
ARTICLE 9: DURATION
9.1 This contract is concluded between the Company and the User as soon as it is accepted by the User. In the event of refusal, the User undertakes to cease using the Site and Services. The contract is concluded for the entire duration of the use of the Site and Services.
9.2 Failure to comply with any obligation contained in these GTCs shall result in the immediate termination of the contract between the Company and the User, without prejudice to any damages to the Company.
ARTICLE 10: COMPETENT COURTS AND APPLICABLE LAW
These GTCs are exclusively governed by French law. Any disagreement or dispute that is not settled amicably will be submitted exclusively to the competent courts.
ARTICLE 11: MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
11.1 These GTC are concluded between the Company and the User, the latter may not assign them.
11.2 If one or more provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or declared invalid pursuant to any law, regulation or final decision of a competent court, the other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
11.3 Any notification in respect of these GTC may be made by email by the Company for the Site.
11.4 These GTC are the only ones applicable to the Site; they apply in their entirety and the User may not modify them.
11.5 The Company reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The User has a duty to be informed of any updates. It is the responsibility of the User to keep the GTC and Specific Conditions of Use of the Specific Services which he/she has contracted.
GENERALES CONDITIONS
I - DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall EPPGHV be liable for any damage of any kind resulting from any inability to use, access, or loss arising from the information available on this server, regardless of the origin of the damage, nor shall EPPGHV be liable for any damage of any kind resulting from the interpretation and/or use of the information available on this server.
II- MENTION OF RIGHTS The texts and graphic elements, their presentation and assembly appearing on this site, the video and sound productions and generally all documents contained on this site, are the exclusive property of EPPGHV. They are intellectual works and are protected as such by the laws of countries around the world and international treaties, and the name of EPPGHV and its logo are protected as trademarks.

Under this license, the following rights are exclusively granted: a private, individual, personal and non-transferable right of use on the content of the site or one of its elements.
